The following tasks are completed at this stage:
- Finish electrical installed & operationally tested.
- Finish plumbing installed & operationally tested.
- Finish HVAC installed & operationally tested.
- All flooring installed.
- Appliances installed.
- Flatwork (sidewalks, patios & driveways) is formed and concrete is poured.
- Outside landscaping is completed (weather permitting).
Construction related hazards associated with this stage of construction:
- Interior: Open electrical wiring during final trim outs, electrical shock hazard.
- Tripping hazards exist during flooring installation.
- Exterior: If the flat work is being accomplished at this time, tripping hazards exist.
