The following tasks are completed at this stage:
- Exterior doors installed (this is done prior to Frame Inspection).
- Garage doors installed.
- Interior door casings & doors installed.
- All cabinets installed.
- Base molding installation complete.
- Ceiling molding & chair molding (if required per the approved plan).
- Staircase railing & balusters installed (two story homes).
Construction related hazards associated with this stage of construction:
- Loose trim material on the floor (slips and trip hazards).
- Sawdust in the air from all of the enclosed carpentry work.
- Safety rails are removed from stair casings, fall hazards exist.
